Please check the following:
- Does the system program version support it?
In the Support tab of Sound Pack/Wave Expansion, check the supported version, and if necessary, update the product before loading the data.
Can a Sound Pack/Wave Expansion that was purchased on a different Roland Account be loaded?
It is not possible to simultaneously load Sound Packs/Wave Expansions that were purchased with a different Roland Account. If you want to newly load a Sound Pack/Wave Expansion, delete the previously loaded Sound Pack/Wave Expansion.
