Unable to find your dealer or store when registering your product via our customer portal Backstage? This can occur if your Backstage 'Region' is not set to your country of residence.
1. Log into your Roland Backstage Account and select [Account/Settings]
2. In the top menu please select [SETTINGS] then select [CHANGE REGION/LANGUAGE]
3. Next, select your Region of residence for the pull down menu adjacent to [REGION]. In this example we have selected United Kingdom as the [REGION] and English as the [LANGUAGE]
You should now be able to find your dealer or store from the 'Register A Product' page as below.
