The resolution and frame rate of video transmitted from the AeroCaster Switcher app is automatically adjusted according to the state of communications in the network. If a network environment in which the bit rate set in the AeroCaster Switcher app cannot be assured, the resolution may be lowered, or frames may be dropped.
Check the following points regarding your network environment.
If you are using multiple Wi-Fi routers, use a different channel from the other Wi-Fi routers.
If multiple devices connect to the same Wi-Fi router, disconnect any unnecessary devices to reduce the traffic load on the Wi-Fi router.
Get as close to the Wi-Fi router as you can.
Lower the bit rate setting on the AeroCaster Switcher.
