You can load tone data, sample data (with an “.svz” extension) and Sound Pack (.sdz) data into the FANTOM-06 FANTOM-07 FANTOM-08.
- You can also load tone data that was exported from other sound sources that are compatible with ZEN-Core tones (such as the Jupiter-Xm).

Follow the steps below.
- Copy the file (with the “.svz” or “.sdz” extension) to import to your USB flash drive.
- Use a USB flash drive (sold separately) that you’ve already formatted on the FANTOM-0. - Insert the USB flash drive into the USB MEMORY port of the FANTOM-0.
- Press the [MENU] button.
- The MENU screen appears. - Touch <UTILITY>.
- The UTILITY screen appears. - Touch <IMPORT>.
- Touch <IMPORT TONE> or <IMPORT SAMPLE>.
- The folders and files on the USB flash drive are displayed. - Touch the file to import.
- Select [E6] SELECT.
- The IMPORT SAMPLE (SELECT FILE) screen appears. - Touch the check box to the left of a tone or sample to select it for import.
- Select [E6] NEXT.
- The IMPORT TONE (SELECT DESTINATION) or IMPORT SAMPLE (SELECT DESTINATION) screen appears. This is a list of tones or samples in the FANTOM-0. - Touch the user tones (user drum kits) of the import destination or the check boxes to the left of the samples to select them.
- The selected user tone or sample at the import destination is overwritten. - Select [E6] EXECUTE.
- A confirmation message appears.
- To cancel, select [E6] CANCEL. - Select [E5] OK.
- The sample is imported, and the unit returns to the IMPORT MENU screen.
