If you've installed patches for a Roland Cloud instrument with your DAW open and the instrument loaded onto a MIDI track, this can prevent the patches from loading correctly.
- Close your DAW.
- Open the Roland Cloud Manager application.
- Uninstall the patches that aren't showing up in the instrument. (Click the three little dots in the location of the Install button to bring up the Uninstall option)
- Install the patches again.
- The patches will now show up in the preset menu of the instrument the next time you load the instrument in your DAW.
