If you've installed patches for a Roland Cloud instrument with your DAW open and the instrument loaded onto a MIDI track, this can prevent the patches from loading correctly.
Solution:
- Close your DAW.
- Open the Roland Cloud Manager v3.0 (or later) application.
- Click on "Software Instruments" and "My Library":
- Uninstall the patches that aren't showing up in the instrument. (Click the three little dots in the location of the Installed button to bring up the Uninstall option)
- Install the patches again.
- The patches will now show up in the preset menu of the instrument the next time you load the instrument in your DAW.
